1.About the authentication of the goods
The handbags we sell is authentic, original and brand new. We promise 10 times fine of the order amount if you get a fake one from our store. You can go to local flag-ship store of the brand for checking.
The handbags have official one-year limited global warranty, which means you can get repair service from your local flag-ship stores or repair center for free due to product quality problems. Of course, you can also mail the products to us for repair, but in that scenario, you'll have to pay the mail fees.
If the damage caused by your improper use of the product, you'll have to pay for the repair.
3.About the return
If you do not use the product and not activate the device (we can check when it is activated), and the product box as well as the device are not damaged, you can return it to us in 7 days after you receive the product and we will return the money back to you. You can mail the product to our HK warehouse(you have to pay the mail fee yourself).
4.Who will pay for custom duty if necessary?
Our store price does not include any custom duty or VAT in your country. You may be charged custom duty for the goods purchased online, In that scenario, please declare the goods you purchased to your country's custom and pay the duty if necessary.
We normally declare the value of the goods according to the request by our logistic supplier so that the package can go easily through the boarder and custom.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
